Culinary in the Desert: Edamame Lo Mein

I love this blog! It is full of some delicious recipes to try and I'm dying to try this one especially because I love lo mein and edamame is the best!

AND, the greatest part is that this guy takes these photos himself. That is so cool because I try to take my own photos as well. I'm still learning but this guy makes a food just look absolutely delicious. Well, his recipes probably are delicious from the looks of them.
